- 1 / 5By cardinalspiceI will not give this store even one star, and that is due to the most recent interaction I had with a shift leader Patricia. I was given the wrong items in the drive-thru, came back through the drive-thru and then waited over 3 minutes at the window before someone gave me my new drink. I came in the store to speak with the manager/supervisor and was 'greeted' by Patricia who acted annoyed, irate, rude and completely unprofessional. she raised her voice at me explaining they were short staffed and busy, and what is it did I expect her to do. Corporate was immediately contacted. I just hope the franchise owner(s) are aware of what an unprofessional shift leader they have. No wonder they are short staffed. I wouldn't work at a place with someone like that as a boss.May 06, 2017
