  Fantastic place for breakfast/lunch/dinner! Even if you just need coffee, stop in. They roast their own beans, so if someone asks, they serve Chilkoot.
  Definitely a cool vibe, with the appropriate "Stillwater-y" decor. (Artsy meets outdoorsy with cozy as a bonus.) I like the bike shop aspect, too.
  Lots of organic/local items on the menu (even some GF offerings).
  Finally, it seems like a good place to hang for a drink, as they have at least 6-7 local brews on tap, several wines, etc

  Found Chilkoot via mobile search....had the Brass Tacks breakfast while waiting for wife at a doctor's office visit. My breakfast was exceptionally well done. Staff was helpful and worked with dispatch. Pleasant place to eat....and coffee is excellent! I'm planning to bring my wife back for breakfast when she is done with her appointment! Great food at an acceptable price ='s very good value!

  Chilkoot does a twist on traditional dishes that are always pleasing. It's a favorite brunch place, but lunch and dinner fare is also very good. We also really appreciate that they work to serve locally sourced food and beverages as much as possible.
